this week we've been testing out Extra Corpeal Shock Wave Therapy on IIio-Tibial Band tightness.

If you know what that is, then you're more than likely a runner, and probably training for the marathon . Please let us know your success stories with foam rollers, taping, massage, acupuncture or Shock Wave therapy. Orthotics are useful we think from our experience, especially if there's a little lack in symmetry, but they seems to work better when accompanied by stretching and massage.
